Our main focus currently however is the construction industry. Small enterprises are often not aware that their activities classify as Construction work as defined by the Construction Regulations of the Occupational Health and safety Act, and that they need a safety file on site.
Often we are contacted in the evening or on a Saturday, by a person who needs a safety file the following day. Since we, the owners of the business, do most of the work ourselves helping out someone in need is usually a rewarding experience.
We take pride in the fact that not one of the many safety files compiled by us for a contractor has ever failed the first submission. Our construction experience ranges from multi-million dollar projects for a large mining house to renovation of a house or small office by casual labourers.
Although we as consultants can do all the above for our client and also maintain the system, we always aim to convince and empower the client to take ownership and to be involved.
